• Research and analyze customer requirements, specifications, and technical data to determine feasibility and create innovative design solutions.
• Design mechanical and electromechanical products including breather valves, desiccators, fastening systems, complex assemblies, and thermal, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Lead and coordinate the fabrication, installation, and testing of products to ensure they meet engineering standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and refine methods for testing, inspection, and quality assurance of our components and systems.
• Create and update detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Solid Works.
• Write, interpret, and maintain assembly instructions, testing procedures, and technical documentation.
• Build and manage multilevel Bills of Materials (BOMs) in our ERP system.
• Interface directly with customers, vendors, and cross‑functional teams both in person and through phone/email to keep projects on track.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites, vendor visits, engineering meetings, and industry trade shows.
• Ensure all work aligns with ISO Design & Development procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality in all aspects of the job.
• Support additional engineering or cross‑department tasks as needed.
