Position: Electrical Production Support Engineer II with Security Clearance
Electrical Production Support Engineer II - Defense Programs Overview Supports mission-critical defense electronics by resolving production and supplier issues through rapid troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and controlled engineering change implementation. Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve factory and supplier issues affecting defense hardware
* Conduct root-cause investigations on digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal electronics
* Drive Engineering Change Notices through formal configuration control boards using cPDM
* Support production test, reliability, and yield improvement initiatives
* Interface with suppliers and coordinate cross-functional technical teams Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of experience supporting electronic hardware in production environments
* Proficiency with standard electronic lab equipment
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and hardware documentation
* Active Secret security clearance Preferred
* Experience supporting Raytheon or similar defense programs
* CCA, RF, EO, sensor, or subsystem integration and test experience
* Knowledge of SPC, configuration management, and production yield improvement #CJ
