Electrical Production Support Engineer - Defense Systems Overview Supports production and supplier operations for mission-critical defense electronics through rapid troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Responsibilities
* Resolve production and supplier hardware issues impacting defense systems
* Conduct root-cause investigations on complex electronic assemblies
* Drive engineering changes through formal configuration control processes
* Support production test, reliability, and yield improvement efforts
* Interface with suppliers and participate in technical reviews Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* 3+ years supporting electronic hardware in production or test environments
* Experience troubleshooting digital, analog, RF, or mixed-signal electronics
* Proficiency with standard electronic lab equipment
* Ability to interpret engineering documentation Preferred
* Aerospace or defense program experience
* CCA, RF, sensor, or subsystem integration and test experience
* Knowledge of SPC and configuration management #cj
