• Design, develop, and validate electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and system layouts for battery modules and packs.
• Perform analysis, modeling, and simulations to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis of electrical systems and BMS components.
• Generate clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, test plans, and reports.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Drive product development from concept through to production, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations for system improvements.
• Utilize laboratory equipment for testing and validation of designs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in product development, hardware design, or electrical systems engineering.
• Expertise in circuit design, PCB layout principles, and power electronics.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, or MATLAB.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, multimeters).
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements (UL, IEC, NEC, etc.).
• Experience with system‑level integration, testing, or failure analysis.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and ability to coordinate with suppliers and customers.

• Expertise in battery systems, power management, or energy storage technologies.
• Familiarity with embedded firmware development or programming (C/C++, Python).
• Background in manufacturing or R&D environments.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional teams in a collaborative engineering setting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier or manufacturing site visits.
