I’m exclusively partnering with a global leader in industrial automation and software integration to secure a Lead I&C Engineer for their Tucson, Arizona hub. This high‑impact role drives control system design and commissioning for mining and heavy industry clients—Delta
V experience is essential. Copper mining or similar process environments? That’s your edge.
- Lead full‑lifecycle Delta
V projects: investigation, design, programming, documentation, commissioning. - Manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams to hit quality and delivery targets.
- Mentor engineers, enforce standards, and champion innovative process control solutions.
- Conduct site visits for inspections and commissioning activities.
- Identify risks, evaluate emerging tech, and deliver productivity/safety gains for clients.
- 10+ years in control systems engineering with proven Delta
V leadership (design through commissioning). - Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Control Engineering.
- Copper mining or equivalent extractive industry experience strongly preferred.
- PLC/SCADA programming, CAD, simulation tools; full grasp of industrial automation standards.
- Willing to wear PPE on industrial sites as required.
- US work authorization; full relocation support from any state.
- Rockwell experience beneficial, but not essential.
