$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and help drive the successful delivery of key documentation and project deliverables. This role will be crucial in supporting product development and design change processes. You’ll play an integral part in tracking and managing deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle, working closely with engineering teams and cross‑functional partners.

• Coordinate and track project documentation and deliverables
• Ensure all project documents meet quality system standards and are complete/accurate
• Collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional teams to hit deadlines
• Monitor project progress, managing schedules and stakeholder expectations
• Adjust project schedules/resources as needed
• Interface with vendors and external partners to ensure timely completion

• Bachelor’s degree (3+ years of project coordination/management experience) or Master’s degree (1+ year of experience)
• Experience with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems)
• Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Familiarity with engineering processes is a plus
• Experience in a regulated industry is a bonus
