Students handle core academics independently through AI‑powered platforms in just two focused hours daily. The remainder of their day is dedicated to acquiring practical skills via facilitated workshops, mentorship, and self‑directed exploration.

Your work won't involve delivering scripted content or monitoring a digital classroom for compliance. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that encourage students to think critically, create, collaborate, and mature. You'll guide them through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness practices, and critical thinking while nurturing their independence, self‑confidence, and executive functioning abilities.

• Facilitating engaging virtual workshops centered on essential life competencies including communication, creative thinking, problem‑solving, and self‑management
• Providing one‑on‑one and small‑group mentorship to cultivate student confidence, personal ownership, and executive functioning skills
• Leveraging platform analytics and behavioral indicators to customize support and monitor individual student development
• Working alongside other educators to design and iteratively refine project‑based learning opportunities
• Establishing a supportive, energized environment where students feel recognized, intellectually challenged, and inspired to develop

• Instructing core academic content; adaptive AI tutors manage those subjects
• Presenting scripted lessons or operating within a conventional classroom framework
• Evaluating worksheets, assigning traditional homework, or creating standardized lesson plans

Advance student development and life preparedness by facilitating transformative, practical learning experiences within a hybrid, fully virtual charter school environment.

• Able to commence employment on August 1st, 2026
• Hold a valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or possess an expired certificate that qualifies for reinstatement, with the ability to transfer certification to Arizona
• Minimum of 2 years teaching or tutoring experience in virtual or online environments utilizing videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and e‑learning systems (Canvas, Google Classroom, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth between the ages of 8–14
• Received education (K–16) within U.S., Canadian, or U.K. school systems
• Demonstrated strong virtual presence and confidence facilitating students through video
• Available to work full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm U.S. Mountain Time (Arizona time)
• Ready to work in a hybrid capacity in Arizona
