Job DescriptionSUMMARY Instruct students in (
* department must provide subject(s) before advertisement) related to TUSD curriculum.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Two (2) years of experience with youth
- Associate’s (or higher) degree
- Or Completion of an AZ Department of Education-approved Academic Assessment Test OR 60 Semester-Hour credits at an institute of higher learning (Copy of diploma, transcripts or test results must be submitted at time of hire).
- Copy of diploma, transcripts or test results must be submitted at time of hire.
- Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a teacher aide.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Performing/Dance Experience Preferred
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
- FBI fingerprint background check.
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
