- Ensure the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging a passion for learning. Use engaging characters to drive the curriculum and create a fun, enriching learning experience at TLE.
- Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient operations. Manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll.
- Engage prospective families through in-person and virtual center tours; organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
- Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
