- Contribute to maintaining strong institutional control in all aspects of NCAA, Big-12 Conference, and University of Arizona Athletics rules compliance.
- Support the documentation and monitoring of activities and NCAA requirements associated with Bylaws 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17.
- Serve as a primary liaison for Bylaws 16 and 17.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and updated monitoring systems and databases.
- Coordinate complimentary admissions review process for prospective and current student-athletes as well as high school and two-year college coaches.
- Coordinate student-athlete employment monitoring efforts.
- Coordinate promotional activity and donation requests.
- Assist with monitoring of NIL activities.
- Support department-wide rules education initiatives, including providing interpretations to various campus constituencies.
- Support rules initiatives by providing educational sessions about new rules and existing rules to ensure compliance by coaches, staff, and student-athletes.
- Distribute and monitor annual NCAA and institutional student-athlete paperwork.
- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental practices and procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge of NCAA, Big-12, and University of Arizona policies, bylaws, interpretations and case precedent.
- Budget accountability.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
- One year of relevant work experience is required.
- Advanced degree such as a Master’s or Juris Doctor.
- Three years of experience working in an NCAA compliance environment.
- Experience with NCAA Compliance Assistance Software.
- Experience using ARMS software.
- Previous responsibilities associated with Bylaw 14 or 15.
