Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, standards-based Math curricula for grades 9-12.
- Prepare lesson plans, evaluating and monitoring student performance and progress
- Foster a classroom environment that challenges students to think critically and communicate effectively.
- Collaborate with Department Chairs and grade-level teams to refine instructional practices.
- Provide meaningful feedback on student writing and literary analysis.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Math or a related field (Master's preferred) with the ability to teach all levels of high school math
- Certification: Valid AZ Teaching Certification in Secondary Math.
- Background Check:
Current IVP card - Immunizations: Proof of Measles or MMR vaccine
- Integrity: This position does not require a practicing Catholic however all employees must model integrity and support the mission of the school. Willingness to participate in professional development related to the the Catholic Faith is required.
