Your role won't involve delivering scripted content or managing a conventional virtual classroom. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that invite students to explore transformative concepts through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and other meaningful domains. You'll mentor them toward self-reliance, support their personal development, and help them acquire the competencies that truly matter beyond school walls.

• Facilitating interactive, virtual workshops centered on life competencies such as creativity, communication, and critical thinking
• Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to foster confidence, self-management, and executive functioning skills
• Leveraging platform analytics to personalize support and monitor student development over time
• Working alongside fellow educators to refine and enhance project-based learning opportunities
• Cultivating a welcoming, energized environment where students feel valued, understood, and motivated to develop

• Instructing core academic subjects—those are addressed through AI-based tutoring
• Presenting scripted lectures or maintaining a conventional classroom structure
• Assessing assignments or preparing standardized lesson templates

Drive student development and life preparedness by facilitating impactful, real-world learning experiences within a flexible, entirely virtual educational environment.

• Valid US teaching certificate from any state
• Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
• Confident virtual facilitation skills; at ease leading through video
• Available for full-time work (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
• Able to start within 2-3 weeks
• Enthusiastic about working in a technology-enabled, student-focused school

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
