We are a non‑profit charter holder for two charter high schools in the Tucson area.

• Effectively manage the Exceptional Education learning environment, prepare lesson plans, provide specialized instruction, evaluate, monitor, and collect data on students’ performance to advance achievement. You understand and appreciate diversity.
• Work collaboratively with a team to plan instruction.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
• Complete required case management duties.

• Master’s degree in Special Education preferred, Bachelor’s required.
• At least 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience in special education in a high school setting preferred.
• Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate required upon hire.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Able to present operational information to personnel at all levels.
• Able to identify and recruit potential funding sources.
