Youth Development
Overview
At LPKNC, we build strong, connected communities by empowering youth and families across Tucson. Our focus is mental health, substance misuse prevention, and positive youth development—but we do it with energy, love, and creativity. We believe learning should be interactive, relationships should be real, and everyone deserves to be heard.
Role DescriptionWe're looking for someone who lights up a room—and knows how to guide meaningful conversations once everyone’s there. As a Program Facilitator, you’ll be the front lines of our mission: leading dynamic, engaging workshops with youth, parents, and community members across Tucson.
This full-time, in-person role is perfect for someone who thrives on interaction, adapts quickly, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll facilitate evidence-based and informed programs, co-lead community events, and collaborate with schools and local partners to create safe, inclusive spaces for growth and learning. Whether it’s helping teens talk about mental health or coaching parents through conversations about substance misuse, you’ll make an impact—one relationship at a time.
