Volunteers are needed and appreciated at any of our schools. Volunteer assignments may be in classroom, library, office, or after‑school sports.
Qualifications and RequirementsApplicant must provide three personal references (not family members) and indicate the school site where you want to volunteer.
Applicants who are not a parent or guardian of a student(s) in our schools must obtain a background check or a fingerprint card through Arizona Department of Public Safety. This process may take 8–10 weeks, but a valid Level One IVPP Fingerprint Clearance Card may allow earlier start.
Steps to Become a Volunteer with CFSD- Submit volunteer application

- Reference checks by the school
- Criminal background check/fingerprinting
