Schedule

• Mix of Adult, Pediatric, and Neonatal cases.
• General Anesthesia and Neurosurgical head and spine.
• Transforaminal Lumbar and cervical procedures.
• Spinal Anesthesia, Central, PA Catheter, and arterial line placement.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
• Active Arizona state medical license.
• Minimum of 24 months of experience.
• Current PALS certification.

Credentialing Requirements

• Standard timeframe is 60-90 days.
• Temporary credentialing available for faster placement.
• Full credentialing support provided.
