MED Health Partners is recruiting a Board Eligible / Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join a high-volume outpatient gastroenterology practice in Tucson, Arizona. This position is ideal for a General GI or Advanced Endoscopist seeking clinical autonomy, strong compensation, and work-life balance with no hospital call.
- Competitive Salary plus productivity bonus
- Employed or Employee-Equity (EE) track
- $200,000 Loan Support Program
- Productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance
- ASC partnership / ownership potential
- Outpatient-only gastroenterology practice
- Extremely light call shared among physicians; practice patients only
- CME allowance and malpractice insurance
- Robust administrative and operational support
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist
- General GI or Advanced GI (ERCP/EUS preferred but not required)
- High patient demand with immediate volume
- Newly developed Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
- Physician-led practice model with long‑term partnership opportunity
- Visa sponsorship not available
