• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule (no weekends, evenings, or call)
• $350,000+ total compensation potential
• $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Team-based, collaborative care model focused on prevention and health outcomes
• Established patient panels with strong clinical support

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventative health
• Educate patients and families on wellness, early detection, and disease management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure exceptional outcomes
• Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license required
• Passion for practicing value-based, patient-centered primary care

• Competitive base salary up to $350K based on experience
