Join our clinical anesthesiology team in modern and technologically advanced outpatient settings at our Tucson campus, South Tucson campus and ASC locations. As a member of our Community Physician division, you will care for a diverse surgical outpatient population by supporting cases in Orthopedics, GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, Plastics, Urology, and General Surgery.

Bread and butter anesthesiology case work, no subspecialty work.

Key Features: 100% solo personal performance cases only; no overnight call; no holiday work; 17 shifts per month for full time. Part‑time options available.

Compensation Model: Guaranteed base salary, productivity, shift differentials, incentive bonus. Additional shift pay available for extra earnings.

Sign‑on bonus $50K. Anticipated total annual compensation $545K. $100K loan repayment available, plus Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Sign‑on and relocation assistance.
