Northwest Healthcare is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our growing emergency medicine programs across multiple facilities in the Tucson area, including a 300-bed tertiary hospital, neighborhood hospital, and stand-alone emergency departments. These locations offer a range of practice environments, patient volumes, and coverage models to match physician preferences.
Candidates must be willing to rotate between all locations listed below.
Facilities Include:
Northwest Medical Center (Tucson) - 300-bed acute care hospital
Northwest Medical Center at Sahuarita - 18-bed neighborhood hospital
Northwest Emergency Center at Marana - Free-standing ED
Northwest Emergency Center at Vail - Free-standing ED

1.8-2 patients per hour
45 hours of physician coverage daily
24 hours of APC coverage daily
ABEM-certified physicians only
22,630 annual ED visits
1.8 patients per hour
27 hours of physician coverage daily
10 hours of PA coverage daily
10,220 annual ED visits
12 private ED beds
1.2 patients per hour
24 hours of physician coverage
13,140 annual ED visits
