PULMONARY/CRITICAL CARE - TUCSON, AZ
Join an established pulmonary/critical care program eph’s Hospital in Tucson. This employed position offers a balanced mix of ICU coverage, clinic, and procedures with option to grow into partnership in a thriving practice
. Fellowship training in Interventional Pulmonology required.
- Total First Year: $475,000 - $575,000+
- Includes:
Competitive base, wRVU production bonus, sign‑on bonus, relocation - Benefits:

- 60% outpatient – structured schedule with strong clinic support
- 2 dedicated procedure days per week
- ~25 patients/day clinic, ~15 patients/day hospital
- Advanced bronchoscopes and bronch ultrasound on‑site
- Pulmonary function testing machines
- Monday‑Thursday 8AM‑5PM, Friday 8AM‑12PM
- 1 week on / 1 week off hospital call – sustainable schedule
- Predictable rotation with ample recovery time
