NOCTURNIST - TUCSON, AZ THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established hospital medicine program in Tucson with flexible 7-on/7-off night scheduling
. This position offers manageable patient volumes, closed ICU support, and optional teaching opportunities with internal medicine residents.
- Total First Year: $320,000 - $420,000+
- Includes:
Competitive base with night differential, sign‑on bonus, relocation - Benefits:

- CME/Professional expense reimbursement
- Average census: 18 patients
- 1-2 admissions per shift
- Closed ICU with procedure support from Intensivists
