About the Role

As a Dental Assistant, you will be an integral part of creating a calm, efficient, and enjoyable experience for patients. You will assist our doctors during a variety of dental procedures, maintain clinical safety and sterilization standards, and ensure every patient feels informed and comfortable throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during dental procedures across General Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Oral Surgery
• Prepare operatories and maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Run exam columns and manage clinical workflow efficiently
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and scans
• Order and maintain clinical supplies as needed
• Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience
• Support the front office and patient scheduling as needed
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth daily operations
• Uphold office standards, policies, and a positive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• X-ray certification required
• 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Coronal polish certification is a plus but not required
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of dental clinical operations and terminology
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the doctor and patients
• Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality with excellent organizational skills
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and practice policies

Pay & Compensation
