Compensation Structure:

• 31%‑34%+ of production (based on experience)
• Guaranteed compensation for the first six months
• Full-time Dentists can expect to earn between $180,000 and $400,000 annually
• $15,000 sign-on bonus

• 4‑5 days per week
• Monday‑Friday with one Saturday per month
