• Are comfortable working on the phone and communicating clearly
• Have customer service, call center, scheduling, or dispatch experience — or are motivated to learn
• Stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented when plans change
• Can communicate professionally with technicians, customers, and internal teams
• Take pride in organization, accuracy, and follow-through
• Are comfortable learning Service Titan or similar scheduling/dispatch software
• Care about doing things right, not just fast

(Previous HVAC, plumbing, or home service dispatch experience is a plus — but not required.)

• Dispatching and deploying technicians efficiently and thoughtfully
• Managing schedules, ETAs, reschedules, and customer communication
• Verifying calls are booked correctly before dispatch
• Conducting customer service and follow-up calls after completed jobs
• Partnering closely with service, sales, operations, and the call center
• Building projects, managing POs, and documenting work in Service Titan
• Ensuring paperwork and job documentation are complete and accurate

• A committed, reliable work history
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• A willingness to learn and take ownership of outcomes
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
• High school diploma or equivalent
