Responsibilities
At Canyon Ranch, our Guest Services Representatives are the first touchpoint for guests and the beginning of their transformational experience. You will ensure each arriving guest has all the details of their stay confirmed so they can begin the Canyon Ranch experience immediately. You are the source of all knowledge, from restaurant hours to the best places for quiet reflection. You will provide services within the three functions of the Front Office (Guest Services, PBX, and Bell Services) and deliver a high level of customer service to all internal and external clients.

Position reports to Front Office Manager.

Schedule:

5 days a week (2 consecutive days off during the week).

Compensation

Qualifications
Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism. Demonstrated organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Limited experience required (1‑2 years in a similar role). Ability to maintain confidentiality and good judgment.
