Residential Project Superintendent – West Coast Roofing; Arizona

Position Overview:

As a Residential Project Superintendent, you will manage all aspects of residential roofing projects in the field. You’ll supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, and maintain West Coast Roofing’s high standards of quality. You’ll be the main field contact for homeowners, inspectors, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily jobsite activities for assigned residential projects
• Supervise and coordinate roofing crews and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and company standards
• Develop and maintain jobsite schedules to meet deadlines
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; conduct daily safety checks
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met; address deficiencies promptly
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for homeowners, inspectors, and HOAs
• Provide daily updates and answer homeowner questions
• Manage delivery, staging, and use of materials and equipment
• Track labor hours and material usage for each project

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of residential roofing field experience (superintendent/foreman preferred)
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors in shingle, tile, metal, and low-slope systems
• OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (Acculynx, Proline, Company Cam, or similar)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights
• Strong customer service skills when dealing with homeowners
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
