• General contract administration and compliance.
• Contract negotiation support.
• Proposal support including analysis of RFPs, coordinating reviews, TINA documentation, and working closely with Program Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Business Managers, Estimating and Supply Chain.
• Support Program Management Reviews and contract data inputs/analysis.
• Ensure negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies.
• Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and possible mitigation of contractual/program risks.
• Domestic travel may be required (approximately once or twice per year to Huntsville, AL or the greater Boston, MA area). Typical duration of travel is 2-4 days.

• University degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  Contracts, Supply Chain, Procurement/Acquisitions or Finance.

• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• Ability to understand the financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with customers and internal partners based on understanding, teamwork, and trust.
• Experience working is a fast-paced environment, where prioritization is required to be effective.
• Contractual acumen with proficiency in contract fundamentals.
