Automotive Buyer - Tucson Subaru

We take pride in our extensive selection of new and pre-owned vehicles and our dedication to customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Car Buyer to join our team.

• Identify and source pre-owned vehicles from various channels, including auctions, private sellers, trade-ins, and online platforms.
• Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of potential purchases to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Negotiate purchase prices with sellers to secure favorable deals for Tucson Subaru.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and vehicle details.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, vehicle values, and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless process for incoming inventory.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to facilitate ongoing vehicle acquisitions.

Based on experience: $35,000 to $125,000+.

• Proven experience as a Car Buyer or in a similar automotive purchasing role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle makes, models, market values, and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform thorough vehicle inspections.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using automotive industry software and online platforms for sourcing vehicles.

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
