Canyon Ranch is seeking an Events Coordinator to join our Events team. This role will provide the necessary administrative support to our Events team in order to keep our incoming groups and special events running smoothly and efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesThe Events Coordinator provides high‑level administrative support to the Events Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent alignment across all event‑related systems and processes. This role maintains the accuracy and integrity of departmental data, partners closely with Reservations and Sales Administration to ensure information is synchronized, and supports the creation of event materials such as Banquet Event Orders, group resumes, and event signage.
The Events Coordinator also provides comprehensive administrative support to all leaders within the Events Department, as directed by the Senior Events Manager, contributing to efficient workflow, clear communication, and exceptional event execution.
