We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant with good experience in Administrative to join our team,
Responsibilities- Answering phones
- Run credit applications - credit checks etc
- Maintain office supplies
- Invoicing
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable portfolio, including overdue accounts and disputed balances
- Receive customer payments
- Deposits
- Send monthly customer statements
- Collect branch bills
- Distribute bills to appropriate reviewer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve collections issues proactively.
Proficiency in Email use, Phone use, Google Docs/Sheets, and any other collections or office software.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Pay Range: $17 $ 22/hour
