Job Overview
Join H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Tucson, AZ. As part of our high‑performing, connected culture, you’ll help inspire confidence in our clients, associates, and communities by providing friendly, personalized front‑desk support while ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the most suitable tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule appointments and manage client preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong multi‑tasking, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
