Summary:
- Schedule and assign caregivers/nurses based on patient needs, staff availability and agency requirements.
- Communicate schedule confirmations and changes promptly to staff and patients.
- Monitor productivity, cancellations and shift coverage to ensure efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families and field staff.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
