About Us:

Are you an experienced accountant with a knack for numbers and a passion for precision? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Accountant to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your financial acumen and analytical skills in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various departments. You will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of our accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Conduct regular ledger processes.
• Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
• Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
• Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
• Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
• Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting and legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel.
• Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software.
• Excellent numerical skills with an attention to detail.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
