Position Overview

Marketing Accounting Specialist role supports the Marketing and Finance/Accounting teams by coordinating vendor invoice workflows, facilitating co‑branded marketing payments, and providing responsive support to internal branches/departments and external vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and submit invoices, receipts, and statements from vendors to Accounts Payable.
  • Create and send payment links to real estate agents for co‑branded marketing orders.
  • Answer phone calls and/or emails from branches, departments, and vendors regarding invoices and accounting questions.
  • Track and document requests using a ticketing system and associated software.
  • Communicate with employees about missing receipts and ensure proper follow‑up.
  • Request W‑9s from vendors when required and forward them to Accounts Payable.
  • Support various teams within Marketing and Finance & Accounting with projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
