Accounting Manager

This role offers the opportunity to step into a high-impact Corporate Accounting Manager position supporting a complex, multi-entity environment. You’ll oversee corporate accounting operations, GAAP reporting, internal controls, and the external audit process — while providing strategic financial support to senior leadership and guiding both domestic and offshore accounting functions.

• Lead the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Manage the annual external audit process and act as primary audit liaison
• Maintain and enhance internal controls across the organization
• Provide financial analysis and partnership support to business unit leaders
• Oversee offshore third-party accounting operations and service delivery
• Support additional corporate accounting initiatives and projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Broad experience across areas such as consolidations, manufacturing, sales, and product/accounting support
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and collaboration ability
• Advanced Excel skills

Preferred: CPA and/or Master’s degree, Oracle ERP experience, prior team leadership, industrial/manufacturing background, and experience supporting international operations
