Produce Associate – Sam's Club

As a Produce Associate you will ensure members enjoy high‑quality, fresh fruit and vegetables at low cost. You will work on the front lines of customer service, maintaining a clean, organized produce area and delivering exceptional service.

• Maintain quality, cleanliness, and freshness of produce.
• Provide friendly, exceptional member service with a smile.
• Keep the produce area clean, organized, and member‑ready.
• Stock, receive, and inventory merchandise to prevent out‑of‑stock or over‑stock.
• Apply food safety and sanitation standards and company policies.
• Use digital tools to support sales, quality, and inventory decisions.
• Adapt quickly to changing work scenarios and team needs.
• Lead by example and positively influence team members.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Experience with produce preferred.
• Strong customer‑focus and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physical environment.
• Adaptable and quick to respond to change.
• Team player who leads by example.

Base pay range: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour. Additional premium up to $3.00 per hour may apply under certain circumstances.
