The production operator is capable of contributing to all phases of the production process, including operating automated production equipment, diagnosing machinery failures, aiding with preventative maintenance, and sanitizing equipment. Operators must be competent to make production decisions concerning the preflight and operation of equipment, flexible, adaptable, rotate job assignments, and maintain a safe work environment. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on‑job activities that may affect product safety, legality, or quality.

• Check production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time.
• Scaler/Divider Operator responsibilities:
  • Check and maintain production schedule.
  • Scale ingredients.
  • Load, operate and unload mixers.
  • Operate dough pump.
  • Check posted scaling weights and equipment standards.
  • Adjust and operate pocket dividers.
  • Adjust and operate segjaer.
  • Adjust and operate overhead proofer.
  • Perform startup/shutdown sanitation and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure work area is clean and organized.
  • Perform additional duties directed by supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (EEO, harassment, safety, etc.).
• Wrapping Operator responsibilities:
  • Check production schedule and verify product running order.
  • Check pan count sheet for product quantity.
  • Check production wrap count sheet for bag types.
  • Set and operate slicer, bagger, and tier equipment.
  • Perform quality control inspection of finished product.
  • Ensure that product is loaded correctly.
  • Perform startup/shutdown sanitation and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure work area is clean and organized.
  • Perform additional duties directed by supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, harassment, safety, etc.).
• Palletizer responsibilities:
  • Check production schedule and verify product running order.
  • Check to ensure that the proper program is running.
  • Check pallets,овой, slip sheets, etc. for quantity.
  • Perform startup/shutdown sanitation and preventive maintenance.
    
    Ensure work area is clean and organized.
  • Perform additional duties directed by supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, harassment, safety,arman.).
• Similar responsibilities apply when assignment is Roll Line Operator, Board Monitor, Retard Box Monitor.
• All employees will be responsible and accountable for insuring the quality and safety of every function and all products.

• Two years related bakery or production experience

• High school diploma or equivalency
