Job Summary
Were looking for a dedicated production leader to play an essential role in the making of our cakes and products.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain proper par levels to meet demand
- Prepare all dry and wet ingredients
- Follow company recipes with precision
- Produce high quality cakes per company standards
- Make icings and other house-made toppings
- 1+ year of professional cake icing or decorating experience
- Fluent with buttercream and whipped cream icing
- Available 30-35hrs per week, Wednesdays through Sundays
- Able to effectively manage time and resources to get the job done
- Able to anticipate production needs and execute
- Physically able stand & move rapidly for the entire shift and lift up to 25lbs
- Submit to various background checks and COVID protocols
