Were looking for a motivated manager with proven abilities to train & develop teams,organize & implement standardized systems and run a smooth operation over two locations. This is an opportunity to get in at the ground level of an organization with plans in motion to build additional locations.

• Plan, organize and oversee day-to-day operations
• Be a natural, hands-on leader working closely with both crew members and customers to demonstrate excellent service
• Monitor and assist production to ensure a high performing bakery
• Monitor and oversee inventory tracking system to maintain proper par levels
• Manage online orders for shipping, wholesale and in-store pickup
• Publish crew schedule; approve/disapprove PTO requests based on the needs ofthe bakery
• Articulate monthly crew incentives and bonus structures to motivate & reward good people
• Assist with hiring & training crew members, as well as being an ongoing sourceof support
• Readily resolve any crew or customer escalation
• Manage loyalty program to encourage sales & repeat business

• 1+ year of experience in bakery production or food retail leadership
• Proven ability to implement system improvements to optimize performance
• Able to effectively manage time and crew, navigate changes and fill inthegaps
• Strong mathematical, leadership & communication skills
• Available fulltime, Wednesdays through Sundays
• Physically able to stand & move the entire shift and lift up to 25lbs
• Submit to various background checks and COVID protocols
• Must have vehicle to travel between locations in Atlanta and Tucker
• $150 monthly medical insurance, plus $50 monthly commute stipend
