IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Brillion is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. This role is responsible for leading Salesforce-based Brillion product implementation projects from initiation through post‑deployment, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to contractual scope.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead Salesforce and Brillion product implementation projects across all phases: blueprinting/detailed design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑deployment stabilization.
- Manage scope and contractual commitments; clearly identify what is in‑scope vs. out‑of‑scope and elevate changes appropriately.
- Drive adherence to project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while proactively mitigating risks.
- Financial & Resource Management
- Track and report project budgets, forecasts, and actuals with accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure revenue recognition, invoicing, and margin goals are achieved.
- Manage resource allocation across multiple projects; ensure team capacity aligns with estimates and commitments.
- Use Jira and related tools to manage tasks, track original estimates, and monitor remaining hours for accurate forecasting.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Manage customer expectations and sentiment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional, timely, and transparent communication.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Build trust with customers by demonstrating knowledge of Brillion products and effectively presenting project details in front of clients.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and elevate risks when necessary.
- Provide leadership and accountability for project team members, offering feedback on performance to Professional Services leadership.
- Foster continuous improvement in project management practices to accelerate customer time‑to‑value and scale delivery.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of project management experience in software implementation projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce‑related initiatives.
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting for Professional Services projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and delivery (experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or Project Manager strongly preferred). Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Architect, or Project Manager) a plus.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Planner, or equivalent, and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Strong customer‑facing skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and provide timely reporting to leadership.
