AE USA is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Project Engineer ready to build a strong foundation in power distribution engineering.
As part of the global EAE Group, we deliver innovative busbar energy distribution systems that power commercial and industrial facilities across the country. Our engineering team plays a key role in transforming customer requirements into efficient, buildable solutions.

What You’ll Do📐 Support Project Design & Quotation- Assist in preparing layouts and preliminary drawings for EAE Busway systems
- Support quantity take-offs and product counts for accurate quotations
- Help gather project requirements and organize technical documentation
- Assist in preparing bills of materials and equipment schedules
- Support drawing revisions and customer redline updates
- Assist with submittals and contract documentation
- Help track internal equipment orders and delivery timelines
- Monitor project schedules and communicate updates
- Attend site meetings and assist with field measurements
- Support contractors during installation of EAE systems
- Assist with onsite technical guidance and training
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Field teams
- Communicate project progress and support issue resolution
- Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of power distribution projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 0–2 years of experience (internship or co‑op experience welcome)
- Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar software
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational habits
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Hands‑on experience in the construction and power distribution industry
- Direct mentorship from Senior Project Engineers
- Exposure to real‑world engineering applications
