Registered Nurse

Overview

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. The role requires an empathetic, compassionate approach, delivering care in a way you would desire for yourself.

• No dialysis experience is required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Potential to float to various clinics during and after your training.
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be part of a supportive interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Deliver care to patients dealing with multiple comorbidities that require unique treatment plans.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment with your head, heart, and hands each day.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school (BSN is also acceptable). A three‑year diploma from an accredited program may substitute the degree.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg is helpful but not required. Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is also helpful.
• Compliance with federal and state COVID‑19 vaccination requirements, including booster when required for inpatient roles.
