- Two (2) year clinical nurse and/or operating room practical experience required
- A valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
- Tuba City Regional Healthcare does not require your RN to have an AZ state license, RN license from any state is acceptable
- Your nurse must have a valid RN license from their state of residence
