Northwest Cascade Inc. (Honey Bucket division) is seeking a Route Driver to manage portable sanitation units. Join our employee‑owned company with over 750 employees across seven states and help us maintain high‑quality standards.

• Promptly arrive at yard to pick up truck and supplies.
• Service and clean portable restrooms (≈50% driving, ≈50% servicing).
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers.
• Expect 10+ hour days, with overtime and weekends during busy seasons.
• Physical demands: lifting, reaching, bending.

• Full‑time, year‑round work with overtime opportunities.
• Annual salary range: $50,000 to $75,000.
• Schedule:
  
  5:00 AM start, Monday‑Friday (some weekends).
• 100 % employer‑paid medical, vision, dental for employee and family.

• On‑the‑job training and tuition reimbursement.

• 1+ year in a physically demanding role.
• Clean driving record and valid DOT license.
• Subject to pre‑employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50–150 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to speak and understand English well enough to communicate with the public, follow traffic signs, and respond to official inquiries.

Company‑paid one‑week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA (“Honey Bucket University”).
