Business Development Executive (BDE)

, supporting global clients with high-impact, scalable solutions. We are expanding our US presence and are looking for a strong business development professional to drive growth at national and international levels.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the US and global markets
. This role requires strong B2B sales expertise, account ownership, and the ability to convert qualified leads into long-term revenue.
- Drive new business acquisition across US and international markets
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and enterprise clients
- Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into revenue-generating accounts
- Manage and grow large enterprise accounts, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews, performance metrics, and escalation handling
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, delivery, leadership) to align solutions with client needs
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance summaries
- Represent Rayvector Technologies at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience (US market exposure mandatory)
- Proven track record of lead conversion and revenue growth
- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and writing skills
- Experience selling technology, engineering, semiconductor, or AI-driven solutions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex sales cycles
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with leadership teams
- Experience working with US clients and global delivery models
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales metrics, and pipeline management
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation and commercial terms
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Growing US operations with high ownership and visibility
