We are looking for an experienced ISO Management Systems Program Manager to help drive and maintain ISO compliance across a complex, multi-functional organization. This role focuses on supporting and continuously improving integrated Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management Systems, with a strong emphasis on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
This position works closely with Quality, EHS, and technical teams and requires someone who is comfortable operating independently, coordinating across business groups, and following through on audit findings and improvement actions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:- Own and support ISO management systems activities in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements
- Develop, implement, and improve processes and workflows to support compliance and consistency across teams
- Partner with Quality, EHS, and technical stakeholders to implement and maintain ISO-compliant management systems
- Support business groups in meeting ISO certification goals and maintaining ongoing compliance
- Plan, support, and participate in internal and external ISO audits
- Ensure audit results are clearly documented, reported, and tracked through corrective and preventive actions
- Follow up with teams on audit findings to ensure actions are completed effectively and on time
- Review corrective action responses for quality, completeness, and alignment with ISO requirements, escalating issues when needed
- Help define and maintain management system metrics to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide training on management system controls and Quality and EHS fundamentals
- Drive continuous improvement across integrated Quality and EHS management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience supporting or leading ISO, Quality, and/or Environmental compliance efforts
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support audits and decision-making
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Comfortable influencing, advocating, and working with stakeholders at all levels and across cultures
- Project Management certification (PMP or Agile)
- Experience supporting ISO management systems across multiple teams or business groups
Successful candidates bring a solid understanding of ISO management systems, hands-on audit experience, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions. They are organized, persistent, and comfortable holding teams accountable while maintaining positive working relationships. A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to problem-solving are essential.
