Position: Supv 1, Manufacturing
Responsibilities include coordination and alignment of resources to meet Lam's safety, production, and organizational objectives.
• Assign resources and activities based on production priorities, material availability, ship date, and personnel skill
• Monitor capacity, progression and risk of production line Address supply chain/logistics issues by following designated escalation paths
• Implement continuous improvement methods to reduce labor and production costs
• Complete employee performance reviews, create employee development plans and conduct regular one on ones
• Perform interview activities in accordance with organizational staffing plan Exemplify Lam's safety culture by demonstrating a Safety-First mindset Address safety escalations and enforce company policies Lead/participate in staff meetings with leadership team Two+ years' manufacturing experience
• Able to work 12 hour shifts in a clean room environment wearing PPE (bunny suit, safety glasses, masks, shields, gloves, safety footwear) Proficiency with use of computer software and database applications (Microsoft Access/Outlook/Project/SharePoint, Recordkeeping software, Email, SAP, Work Tech MAXIMO, CMMS, Baton, KM Matrix, Share Point, iQMS, QLIKNavigate) Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, speak) Develop knowledge of HR Policies and procedures Manage, coach and mentor team members Access/sort information/organize thoughts/document/keep track of events Run/organize staff meetings utilizing PowerPoint/oral presentation/create own graphs/follow previous formats
• Provide adequate resources needed for your group, manage your own budget, ensure that support materials are available Minimum of Associates degree or 2+ years in a leadership position 2-4 years of experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry 0-1 year of previous supervisory experience
