We are seeking a diligent and proactive Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating and maintaining filling machines, performing quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols in a fast-paced food production environment. The available positions are on shifts that include Front Half Nights and Back Half Days, and will conclude in July 2026.

• Set-up, operate, and maintain filling machines.
• Perform and record quality checks to ensure shelf‑life integrity and package quality.
• Perform nominal maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct Clean‑In‑Place (CIP) and in‑process sanitation on equipment and/or area as needed.
• Ensure food safety and quality protocols are strictly followed.
• Adhere to Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations at all times.
• Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves, and aprons.
• Provide coverage in the absence of other Machine Operators.
• Input redzone codes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in machine operating, packaging, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with forklift operations and general labor tasks.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and filling machines.
• Mechanically inclined with strong computer skills.
• Ability to work with moderate supervision and be detail‑oriented.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Ability to multitask effectively.

• Ability to push up to 300 pounds and pull up to 500 pounds with mechanical assistance.
• Capability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Use of the buddy system for lifting and carrying items over 50 pounds or awkward items.

The position is set in a fast‑paced food production environment where monitoring the packaging line is crucial. Operators must be comfortable standing for over 12 hours and working in conditions with strong odors. Steel toe boots are required for all production and warehouse positions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, OR.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 – $20.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Tualatin, OR.
