Schedule: Monday thru Thursday from 2:00 pm to 12:30 am, we offer 10% shift differential for this schedule
Salary range: $26 to $36 per hour

We are currently seeking a Leak Testing Technician for our Shields Manufacturing facility in Tualatin Oregon. (On-site position)

The Leak Testing Technician is responsible for performing precision leak detection and pressure testing on semiconductor manufacturing components, assemblies, and systems. This role ensures product integrity, quality compliance, and adherence to safety and industry standards
Essential Duties:
- Interpret engineering drawings, blue print reading, and test procedures.
- Ability to use various PFAb hand tools
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and reliability
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain leak testing equipment and instrumentation.
- Check parts using micrometers, calipers, gage block and other measuring devices.
- Verify conformance of completed work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to accurately track labor hours and materials used from a basic ERP system (data collention).
- High School Diploma, GED or minimum two years' experience in an industry related field.
- Possesses the ability to work with decimals
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A temperature controlled production environment requiring sitting/standing for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Personal protective equipment (safety glasses, ear protection) may be required. May operate moving equipment (forklift) as required to perform essential job functions.
